Got a Libray Card?
If you are 18 or older, you need a photo ID and proof of address (must be two different documents) to get your library card, you can fill out an application to get a library card.
Children 5 and older can get cards through their parent or guardian.
Online-only cards provide access to the virtual library only and do not have a residency requirement.
See the Policy Manual Tab for more details on card types and requirements or exceptions.
If you reside in Stephens County, your library card is free. It is a $25 fee per family for those who reside in an adjacent county: Carter, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, or Jefferson. The Library Director can waive this fee depending on various circumstances.
If you've had a card in the past that is expired or has fines or fees, please see library staff to discuss what can be done to renew your account.
New library cards are free; replacement cards cost $3.00
